The apartment is air conditioned and is fitted with a flat-screen TV. This units have a dining area and balcony. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, kitchenware, and coffee machine. This unit has a private bathroom in Master bathroom with free toiletries and another bathroom for the other 2 bedrooms.  The condo features free WiFi throughout the property.

Strand on Ocean also includes an outdoor pool. Guests can enjoy a drink at the on-site swimming pool.

A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 30 days prior to check-in.

At arrival, guest will be requested to sign a rental agreement and a registration card and to present the ID and credit card that matches with the booking reservation.

Guests who don't check-in up to midnight of arrival date will be marked as a NO-SHOW. All NO-SHOW bookings are considered non-refundable due to the cancellation grace period being 30 days before check-in.
